Boat Yard

The BYBOA boat storage yard is located behind the soccer field and tennis courts near the front of Brickyard Plantation.

Capacity & Size

The yard has 186 storage spaces. The maximum overall length is 30 feet, including boat, motor, and trailer.

Security & Access

The yard is fenced, well lit, monitored by cameras, and secured by locked gates. A key deposit is required for access.

Who Can Apply

  • Applicants must be Brickyard Plantation property owners in good standing with the POA.
  • The boat must have current South Carolina registration in the owner’s name.
  • The registration must show the owner’s Brickyard Plantation address.
  • Boat yard fees are separate from POA dues and require an annual sublease fee.

Waitlist & Measurement

  1. Contact BYBOA Operations to request a measurement and be added to the waitlist.
  2. Measure the full overall length from trailer tongue to prop with the prop down.
  3. Overall length determines which spaces can fit the boat and trailer.
  4. When a space opens, the next best-fit boat on the waitlist is offered the spot.
